As a key member of our Innovation Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, research institutions, and government agencies to develop scalable frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine symbiosis. You'll lead high-stakes initiatives that directly impact our $2B+ R&D pipeline and position us as the undisputed leader in next-gen technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable systems) with 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot breakthrough solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric tech integration
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including industry consortiums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and represent company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory frameworks, and ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones and cultures
- Published author or frequent speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
