- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify future opportunities
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Define KPIs for future technology initiatives and track progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Presentation skills for executive audiences
