Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027 horizon) and assess commercial viability across sectors
- Develop and execute multi-generational technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research labs and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in emerging technologies (patents, publications, or keynote presentations)
