Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Anticipate regulatory impacts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting and competitive analysis methodologies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, quantum computing) a plus
