Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal impact goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global enterprises
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing global innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
