Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and designers in moonshot projects
- Anticipate global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling strategic proposals
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Present foresight findings at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Physics, or Biotech with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep familiarity with emerging tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
