Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale innovative solutions across global markets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateHorizons as a technology leader.
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing executive buy-in.
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate technology adoption and commercialization timelines.
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact on business growth.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in competitive markets.
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis.
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, VCs).
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO) highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
