Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations affecting future innovations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
