Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and lead a specialized innovation task force for prototyping and validation
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscape for strategic advantage
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and board members
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
