Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain implementation

- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
