- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and patent portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and tech trend adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology impact assessment
