Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic relevance
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and identify disruption opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Drive internal culture of innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and market trends
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives or strategic projects
- Knowledge of technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
