Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with strategic business implications through market research and trend forecasting
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI on future technology investments
- Drive internal culture of technological foresight through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven track record of future-tech implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) with demonstrated business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
