- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with strategic relevance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption of future-facing technologies
- Author thought leadership on technological evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
