Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify first-mover advantages

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
