- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Secure partnerships with NASA, CERN, and DARPA for 2026 initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and PhD researchers
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen neural interfaces
- Present at Davos and Web3 conferences as company ambassador
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets with quarterly ROI targets
- Mentor 3 junior strategists through our innovation incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years
- Published 5+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secured $30M+ in government/private funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
