Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
