- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Shape public policy discourse through white papers and industry panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2026-vision implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive experience scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
