Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and synthetic biology integration
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Author white papers cited by IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record launching technologies generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Global speaking credentials at 3+ major tech conferences
