- Conduct competitive analysis of global tech trends and patent landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions to production
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future tech forecasting methodologies
- Published research or patents in AI, blockchain, or biotechnology
- Experience leading global innovation teams (100+ personnel)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
