Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) and develop strategic integration roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation digital solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology trend forecasting for long-term strategic planning
- Partner with R&D teams to translate breakthrough innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks considering regulatory, ethical, and societal implications
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Maintain a dynamic technology ecosystem dashboard tracking emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, emerging tech adoption, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI) highly valued
