Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing innovative solutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology vendors
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and strategic planning
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic technology planning or innovation management preferred
