Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future technologies into enterprise architecture
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and tech governance
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
