Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI and KPI tracking
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for tech policy influence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with executive presentation mastery
