Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap aligned with global innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our R&D incubator
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape technological policy
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
- Monitor competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, biotechnology, or space tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong network with global tech innovators and research institutions
