Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge R&D
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic concepts
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, APF) or technology management
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
