Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with VCs and startups to build strategic innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations in AI/quantum/sustainability
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
