Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or strategic technology planning preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
