Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning sessions to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments and resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
