Responsibilities

- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking across the organization
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management a plus
