Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-facing R&D projects
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Oversee prototype development and feasibility studies for emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and commercialization
