You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and influence our $500M R&D portfolio.
Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and startups
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present tech foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on commercializing emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech policy shifts affecting our 2026 strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum commercialization projects
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
