- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership in FutureTech Review journal
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or generative AI architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Patent portfolio with minimum 5 granted technology patents
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
