Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market impact through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and global innovation trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
