Responsibilities

- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech AI
- Experience with federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA) preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Strategic planning experience in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Strong network with academic institutions and VCs
