Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) for commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough innovations from lab to market
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent trends to identify first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
