- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Manage pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable KPIs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term innovation frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
