Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) through 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for technology integration and commercialization
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
