Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI partnerships
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and California Consumer Privacy Act
- Drive ESG-compliant circular economy initiatives for hardware lifecycle management
- Secure $15M+ in federal/state innovation grants for climate-positive tech projects
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Academy apprenticeship program
- Present at Davos, CES, and Web Summit on sustainable technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/neuro/AI)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR with exit experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in Nature/Science
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and TCFD frameworks for sustainable tech
- Security clearance eligibility for federal R&D partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with social impact metrics
