- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation and innovation pipeline governance
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions and emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain, and immersive technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic designation preferred
