Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience in emerging technology analysis and forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Track record of translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
