Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with leading research institutions
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Strong background in tech ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
