Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Partner with product teams to ensure technology adoption drives market differentiation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation impact
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with successful implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile methodologies and scaling innovative projects across global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) strongly preferred
