Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact assessment
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Translate complex innovations into actionable business models and investment opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with exposure to emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
