Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or neurotech)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies with industry recognition
- Track record of launching at least two transformative tech products or initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting
