Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Drive innovation initiatives from concept to prototype through cross-functional teams
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation through compelling business cases
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting
