Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.) for adoption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Build and manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Global network of technology innovators and researchers
