Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on organizational strategy
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years focused on future tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech regulations and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Prior experience in high-growth tech sectors (SaaS, deep tech, or biotech)
