Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and industry disruptors

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption in 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APICS)
