Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-facing product features
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for pilot programs and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
